Rush Orders: Should you need your order before the normal turnaround (5-7 business days plus shipping time), your order can be rushed for an additional fee of 25% of the order. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days after we received the digital proof's approval by 9:00AM PST.
Cancellation: Canceling an order once a proof is produced, but prior to approval, will result in a $40 processing fee per item. Canceling an order after the proof is approved will result in a charge of 100% of the order.
